There’s one more thing you need to be aware of…

As we stated previously, we vote on acceptance of new members at our Soggy Bourbon Boys Winter Conclave Event which occurs on Saturday, January 18th.

If we vote to accept you into our Brotherhood, you’ll join us at Winter Conclave!
Plan to be in the Downtown Nashville area at 7:00pm on January 18th. You’ll join other SBB Applicants at a to-be-disclosed-location to await your fate. (Your Advocate will let you know more including the location.) At some point in the evening you’ll be notified of the result of your vote by your Advocate, and if you receive the required votes for acceptance, you’ll join us for the remainder of Winter Conclave!

If we aren’t able to secure the required votes to approve your application, you’ll be notified by your Advocate and unfortunately will not be able to join us at any members-only SBB events, including Winter Conclave.

Once you complete the following steps, you’ve done all you can do. You just have to wait to hear from your Advocate on January 18th.
